 If you're looking for something to do this Easter holiday then why not try getting a little extreme! Following the hugely successful event at Central Park in Barry last summer, Team Extreme are back with an action packed day of breath-taking skills. The team of professional BMXers, Inliners and skate boarders will be displaying some of there awesome tricks at the Knap Skate Park on Thursday 28th April. They will also be providing workshops on improving skills and learning new tricks throughout the day.  Anybody wanting to skateboard, BMX or Inline on the day will need to complete a consent form and bring it with them.  Forms will be available on the day but under -16’s will need a parent or guardians signature.  Consent forms are available by request using the contact page on the  V-POD website. The V-POD will also be there filming and editing videos of the day’s events. 

The V-POD will also be visiting Llantwit Major, ST Athan, Barry and Dinas Powys throughout the Easter School Holidays. Check out the dates below to see when it's near you. 
 
Tues 19th April 2 – 5pm Frampton Park, Llantwit Major
(PULSE activities in MUGA's/ V-POD activities on board the bus, skate park activities come alog and have fun. Rural survey results)

Tues 19th April 6.30 – 9pm Glyndwr Avenue Community Centre,    St Athan 

Weds 20th April   2 – 5pm Pencoedtre Park, Barry
(PULSE activities in MUGA's/ V-POD activities on board the bus, skate park activities come alog and have fun)

Thurs 21st April 12.30 – 3pm Kings Square, Barry
(Celebration Event for the  VYST receiving the Outstanding Youth Work Award and young people receiving Mayors Awards certificates. VYST and V-POD providing activities for young people 11-18yrs. Come along, take part and have fun!)

Thurs 21st April 6.30 – 9pm Bryn-y-don Skate Park, Dinas Powys 
(Finishing off and showing the advert made over the past few weeks, come and see your hard work finished!)

Weds 27th April 2 – 5pm Dochdwy Road, Llandough
(PULSE to provide activities in MUGAs in the parks. V-POD to provide activities on the V-POD. Come and meet the team and get involved and have fun!

Thurs 28th April 12 – 5pm Skate Event with Team Extreme, The Knap, Barry (consent required)
(Workshops and Displays by professional skaters and BMXers, The V-POD and much more) 

To take part in the Team Extreme Event all young people must complete a consent form ( if you're under -16,a parent or guardian must complete the form). Forms will be available on the day or send a request for a form via the contact page on www.v-pod.me.uk
