Set up in 2008, Local Motion Dance Company is a dance class specifically designed for young people with disabilities.  They meet every Thursday at the YMCA where they improvise movements to create, learn & enjoy dance pieces that they perform at local events such as the Barry Waterfront, V Factor and Vale Dance Show.  The tutors Sophie Squires & Sam Barnett are fully qualified and inspire the dancers to express themselves through dance.
