We went to the Bug KId circus today at Tredegar Park, Newport. The grass was like a swamp, Before we had got inside we were covered in mud. We bought Grandstand tickets which were £12 each, The stage was the smallest stage ever, It was shov just how small. The opening act was awful and left much to be desired. I shook my head in disbelief, if this was the start then God only knew what was to come, There were a few acts, all were disappointing except for the Hungarian blonde gymnast who were amazing. She was entertaining, but sadly her act finished in under 5 minutes, Another female did an act using long pieces of cloth, (similar to the cirque du soleil acts) My sister said the circus was a con as it was so awful and they over charged for what they provided. I couldn't understand Hasan the clown or anyone as their Eastern Accents were difficult or impossible to understand, Would I go again if someone gave me free tickets - not on your nelly. The teenagers sitting behind us walked off halfway as it was that bad. I wish I had done the same.

i also went to see the big kid circus in tredegar park and it was shocking!! worst thing ive ever been to, a complete waste of time and money, agree with choppsy couldnt understand a word anyone were saying, the acts were pointless. the majority of acts were some girls doing dance routines, my 3 year old could have done better, the clown was rubbish and i was absolutely disgraced by the one act where a man sat on the floor with a sheet over his head and the clown then got a really large knife and stabbed the sheet with it, pretending to stab the guy in the head!!!! my 3 year old was absolutely petrified and we ended up leaving just after this point as she was so scared. they did take the sheet off and obviously then you could see that he had put a ball or something on his head at the last minute and that was obviously what had been stabbed but i mean how stupid are they doing an act like that infront of kids????????
